The hair itself is very soft and I don’t experienced shedding and I love it so much! I am happy with this hair, and I want to see how long it will last.

Poor Quality Unfortunately the worst purchase I have ever made. The pictures speak a thousand words. This is 18 inch light relax hair- washed and deep conditioned out of the package and never warn. It sheds , tangles, and matts up excessively (literally the comb shows entire strands pulling out when combed. ( You can see all the hair on the floor from one comb through.) The photo shows one bundle wrapped in 4 rows. The bottom 6 inches of the hair is completely thinned out. All the hair is very messy and shredded with several different lengths. I took a chance even though there is no returns - you pay for shipping and shipping to "exchange" only- if you can get the customer service rep not to give you an attitude. Please don't make the same mistake.

Horrible Horrible, unacceptable experience. False advertisement, unresolved customer complaint. They told me the hair was Remy and the hair matted into a birds nest knot of a tangle in less than 3 months+ 4 installs. These are only clips in mind you. Can you imagine if it was bundles or a unit? This hair is matting and balling up although their site boasts "one donor, 100% human, cuticle hair." They won't resolve it! If they claim their product is remy then wouldn't that mean I received an "off" product or bad batch where a simple replacement, partial refund, or any sort of resolution will do? I even offered to send the hair back to them or show them pictures for proof. Other companies have done this before and the replacement hair has lasted me 5 years. This company has simply ignored me. Anything else would be false advertisement and I plan on waging a full on war with this company for scamming me out of $400!

I believe that it’s the right hair for me, so I’m sticking to this for a bit. Very manageable. I purchased the Kinky straight straight… I purchased the Kinky straight straight some months ago. I have to say that I was very excited about getting this hair. I got the hair in the color #30. This hair was the worst! it tangled and shed. The hair is so course it rubbed my hair out that is on the nape of my neck. This hair was a total waste. of money!!! I know how to take care of hair and weaves. I am a hair stylist. I bought several high quality products for this hair and it still tangled and shed. A total waste of my nearly $400.00.
