Not worth the money Not worth the money. I was thoroughly unimpressed by the quality of the hair. Imagine, I was excited to receive my hair, only to pull it out and see that the hair was already frayed and had short pieces. Not to mention the ends are so thin and overall not full luscious hair. The only highlight is I liked the color of the hair and how many pieces it comes with. I wouldn’t reorder or recommend though. I’ve tried other hair extensions that even costed less from a more popular brand and definitely like those better.

Kerry is amazing. Kerry was an absolute doll and was incredibly helpful and understanding. She helped me with a couple issues I was having and made my life easier. She deserves an extra vacation day, a raise and a cake in her honor. Go Kerry. We should all strive to be as kind and helpful as her.

I have been wearing extensions for… I have been wearing extensions for years now and Luxy shines above all others in every way. There extensions are beautiful and of the highest quality. They have the most amazing customer service who really go the extra mile. Thank you Luxy!!!

FAKE HAIR! DO NOT BUY! These extensions cost me $450 CAD for a 20 inch clip in set. DO NOT PURCHASE! These tangled with only 3 weeks worth of use. When you brush them the ends break, they tangle making it hard to brush, even when you go super gentle and use all the deep conditioning treatments they still tangle and break. Something that costs a person $450 dollars should NOT be doing this!!!!! These are NOT real remy hair. Real hair would not do this after only 3 weeks. THESE ARE FAKE!!!! They are scamming people for money. DO NOT BUY. Amazon ones are honestly better and that is really sad. I will never again purchase another set from Luxy Hair. Expensive and fake!

I am sure do to my miss understanding… I am sure do to my miss understanding my reviews came across that my return was'nt handle right. I just was impatient. I love their extension for many years. Can't count how many tim es the compliments I received from people thinking it was my own hair. I need to apologize to Luxy Hair.
