Awful experience, denied a haircut (Bath, UK) Yesterday I went in to Toni and Guy Bath to get my fringe trimmed. Once sat down, I was told that my hair type is not the type of hair that can have a fringe despite me having had a full fringe for the last 3 years before letting it grow out. Instead of trimming back in my fringe, or simply showing me how I could train my hair/part my hair differently to achieve a fringe, the hairdresser simply refused to do it, telling me that I 'just need to be patient and let it grow out'. Not only was this extremely poor, lazy and unprofessional, they then proceeded to charge me £7 for the 'fringe trim' service; my fringe was not cut. I came to Toni and Guy believing that they are a high quality salon with knowledgeable, established stylists, I will not be returning.

Visited Toni & Guy at Clapham Junction… Visited Toni & Guy at Clapham Junction yesterday to ask about colour services. Leia at the front desk was so lovely and informative and gave me the best advice for tackling my hair colour. I booked myself in immediately! It's lovely to be served by someone on the front desk who really listens. Great customer service.

Milton Keynes branch Milton Keynes branch - have been a regular with them. Amongst all the best experiences, had a disappointing experience for my hair cut once where the cut was uneven and I was extra charged for something that I didn’t book for. I immediately brought both the grievance to their notice and within 2 days I got another appointment with a senior stylist - Connor (with no extra charge). I must highly appreciate T&G’s MK branch to tag me their best stylist to make up for their goof up. Connor has been very communicative on every snip, taking my take into account. He has extremely good grip on his hands, expertise comes natural to him. He has restored my trust with T&G. Connor has brought back a losing customer!

Kingston Salon … I always have such a great experience at Toni & Guy Kingston - I’ve been going for years now and the service is always terrific. The atmosphere is super friendly and all the team so welcoming. Shelley does my cut and colour and the results are without exception always excellent. She’s amazing! Special shout out to Ryan, who is the absolute heartbeat of this salon - he is an absolute credit to the company!
