USEverything was seamless Everything was seamless. Delivery was pretty quick. I was not aware that the item was being delivered in two packages. They both arrived but there were no tools to put it together but we got it together. I love my chair. It's EXTREMELY heavy.

USUpon unboxing the chair I got I noticed… Upon unboxing the chair I got I noticed that the long leg connector bar wasn’t in the box at all. So the chair is pretty much useless until I can maybe get one from the company. Other than that the quality is great

USGreat quality chair and leather Great quality chair and leather! Very eye catching chair my clients love it. I just wish the chair would pump up higher. I’m only 6ft tall and the chair still seems a little low with it being pumped all the way up. Making it uncomfortable at certain times for my body and having to crouch over
