USMy experience with Tripoint. This Company is a great company to work with. Juna Penoloza, my representative was the best. He was polite, respectful, knowledgeable and quick to return my phone calls when I emailed him, telephoned him or left a message with other employees. Juna did all of the leg work for me to get my student loans completely forgiven. The cost was reasonable; I was able to make my payments in installments. The other employees were pleasant to correspond with, as well. Thanks for everything Tripoint, keep up the excellent service!
