I was satisfied with products received but service was ok. I got what I ordered after a long wait and it was good value for money. My purchase didnt exceed my expectations. Overall, I found Alder Naturals quite avarage and could not fault them in anyway.

I found that the website was user friendlie and it didn't take much time to find what I needed. They offere lots of discounts too. However, I think the customer service could be improoved, I often found it difficult to get quick answers to my queries. All in all, it was an ordinarie experience and won't be using them in the near future.
