AMSmooth CRM move to ozma.io in 3 months I've been supporting a big CRM system on Microsoft Dynamics for years, running on my client's servers. It was costly — paying for servers, hosting, and licenses for 120 users. Performance started to drop due to the amount of historical data. And it was really hard to manage. With plans to hire more people, my client needed a more flexible, cost-effective and cloud-based solution. Upon recommendation, we decided to try ozma.io. At first, the documentation was sparse, but direct communication with ozma.io team clarified our queries. It took us 1.5 months to get ozma.io set up for our client, moving and fine-tuning business processes. After that, a few weeks for data migration and indexing, plus a month for launching and training everyone. Getting everything done in just over 3 months was quite an achievement! Users adapted quickly, though we missed being able to upload documents directly into system, something we had with Dynamics. Ozma.io's team promised to add it soon. Despite this, interface is much cleaner and simpler to manage, and making custom changes is way easier. One more area for improvement is having ready-to-use integrations with third-party services. Right now, you need to create and manage these connections yourself. We set up an integration with a banking app for our finance department, but it took a lot of effort. Overall, ozma.io has been a good move. Moving from a heavy enterprise system to this was the right call. We've grown the staff since, and ozma.io keeps up with us. I'm not sure we could have managed this growth with our old system.

RSOzma.io: A Game-changer in School Management We switched to ozma.io and it's been a game-changer for organizing our school's schedule and student data. We've ditched a clunky setup of endless Google spreadsheets, and thanks to the ozma.io crew, the change was smooth sailing. Now, everything from keeping tabs on attendance to figuring out paychecks is in one place and way easier to handle. The ability to customize a personalized task tracker with the necessary fields and task categories in a system like ozma.io represents a powerful tool for improving task management. One drawback of the CRM is the limited number of pre-built integrations with other systems, but we're digging the regular updates and the team's quick replies whenever we reach out. Ozma.io has really simplified things for us, and we're looking forward to what's next.
