The hairs always beautiful true to length and color. You can use heat without damaging hair which is good for me because I change up my hair style frequently. You can reach customer service easily if needed. Gym approved lol

Excellent BRAND! If I could give Klaiyi Hair 10 stars, I would! This is the second time purchasing a wig from them, and it has yet to disappoint. The wigs are great quality! Pre plucked & no shedding! They even come with a couple free gifts! I highly recommend purchasing a wig from them! & the company is great and very professional!

Great Customer Service I ordered a custom colored wig 180% density. Shipping was fast! The color GAVE! & the lace is good! Small knots & melts flawlessly. It styles good and holds a curl all night. Plus I received so many compliments! However, I did experience a few quality issues with the wig and was able to communicate this to the company. The seller was nice enough to work with me through my concerns and offered a resolution to my problem. This is big because a lot of hair companies won’t go the extra mile! So I appreciate the customer service and enjoyed my experience overall.

Glueless 5x5 unit The hai was really pretty and soft when I took it out the package. The wear and go unit was just like they said pre-cut and plucked so all I had to do was place it in my head. The ginger color is gonna look super pretty when it gets warm I’m so excited to wear it. I Will be getting another unit soon for everyday use !
