Lovely wig This is the 2nd time I have purchased hair from Klaiyi Hair and I was not disappointed. I purchased the Kinky Straight pre-everything wig in 20 inches. The wig was soft,and holds a curl well. The customer service was great with replying to emails with any questions or query’s that I had. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

The hair I purchased was the Reddish… The hair I purchased was the Reddish Brown Jerry Curly Lace Front Wig 150% Density. It looked great on the website and the little commercial showing it. What I received was TRASH!!!! My BF looked at it and was like what is THAT???? He has seen me in many, many wigs and has never had this reaction. The "hair" feels super cheap..terrible quality. I immediately contacted this company and after several back and forths and threatening to go ti my bank to get my money back, they agreed to a refund.

Good hair and amazing customer service Customer service was amazing , they immediately reply when there was questions or complications.. they even contacted to ask me if I wanted a different hair since the one I ordered wasn’t available.. I love the fact that they ask first before doing anything The hair is really soft and in inches are very correct .. Oh and the maxing gifts 😍 Thanks a lot :. I appreciate it
