On April 1, 2021, I paid a $280 deposit for book promotions services from this company but after my due diligence and dealing with an aggressive salesman named Harry, I decided not to move forward with them. I requested a refund of my deposit and on April 7, 2021, Amanda S Barnes, Senior Project Manager sent me an email stating that I would receive a full refund of my $280 deposit within 45 working days as per their company's policy. That would put us at June 9th. It is now July 26th and they won't even respond to an email. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! FRAUDS
