The company promised some kind of refund and have given back nothing. They have no integrity, their business ethics are disgusting! The work they provide is FAKE! Run from them! PR about them is paid for, reviews are paid for and fake, everything about them is paid for. Response to your reply: every single account was fake, we were very clear we wanted NO fake or vanity numbers. Also zero refund was given. For the work you claim you provided you brought zero value as you got robots to follow. All I'm asking is for you guys to be honest and to make this a win win outcome for both parties. Working with TokenMinds was nice Experience working with TokenMinds was nice in general. There were a 6 ppl team allocated for our project. They managed our community and social media really very well with good amount of engagements. Thanks to Kenneth, we kept running different community events to keep the hype on til the NFT sale. We encounter problem with the complains from community the price for NFT set too high and decided to decrease like 20% and sold around 70% finally. Not so ideal but we understand this totally since this market bearish.
