USI haven't received the wig all I ever … I haven't received the wig all I ever got was a message from my credit card company that $1.00 was charged and that was a normal procedure to insure that it wasn't a fraudulent transaction. Which was appreciated but as of this date no wig and I don't know what happened (no further charge on the card either). I haven't received any communication from Lux hair so I am not aware of any problems.

USI bought my Sherri Shepard wig from … I bought my Sherri Shepard wig from QVC about two months ago and it's now feeling very dry and frizzy on the ends . I contacted Luxhair via Facebook about the horrible condition it was in after just two months and was told to get a leave in conditioner, I did and it didn't help at all. It's dry and stiff feeling nothing like when I first got it. I bought another one from the luxhair website and now waiting for it to arrive to see it maybe I use got a defective one. I really want to love the wig, but after two months it's a waste of money if they are all going to end up a dried frizzy tangled mess.

USGlad to have found Sherri's website!… I first saw Sherri's wigs on a shopping channel. I loved what I saw but was hesitant to purchase then. Several days later I decided to try the Pixie. So I goggle Sherri's wigs and found her website. I ordered the Pixie and was thankful for the payment plan. I will definitely recommend the website to my friends because of the ease of shopping.

USCustomer service Selections great however website not so helpful. Order did not give an estimated delivery date. Delay in response to order. Would like to see wig options in more than one color not just the color swatches.

USDeclined credit card I made my original purchase on March 10 and didn't receive notice that my card was declined until March 20. I received an email that on March 13 my order was caught up with several orders and would be delayed so I was surprised to get the declined credit notice.I placed the order again, declined then a few minutes I had a confirmation. I'll see what happens next. Hope to get my order because it has already hit my bank for processing.
