Impressive wigs and service I'm really impressed by this company so far. This is my second Kinky Curly wig from XRS. I was skeptical about trying a new company but my first order went smoothly and the quality and description matched the website and YouTube videos. As some of the reviews have stated, the customer service is particularly good. I had a problem with my FedEx delivery, and the company contacted FedEx on my behalf. Good quality hair, thin lace that doesn't feel like it's going to rub your edges off, and full density that still looks natural.

I got a variety of options to choose from. I can say the prices of products were also reasonable. The customer service team was quite responsive but they could have been friendlier. All in all it was an average but satisfactory experience.

The hair is superb, excellent quality, no smell, no shedding, the hair looks so real, fantastic lace wig. Arrived earlier than i thought! What is more, customer service was awesome. There is nothing I love more than a good service delivery. I will definitely be buying other styles from XRS.

I purchased the unit I purchased the unit, a clear lace wig because I dint know how to dye the knots. I saw reviews on YouTube and thought it was pricey but it appeared beautiful. The CLEAR is misleading. You definitely are not getting a product where you dint have to dye knots. In addition to that the hair on the final is sparse especially for the pricd. I've purchased closures, paid far less and had more than in the frontal. I had to install because of a bad haircut and I had an important event to attend. I won't purchase from here again....I should have sent to the supply house.
