I had an ordinary experience with… I had an ordinary experience with Formulafkx.com. They are almst good but could do with some improvments. The website is quite intuitive and easy to nvaigate. Than process was quite straightforward and my order was processed without any hasle. Prices were resonable and the product range is quite expansive. My order arrived on time within the specified date. There were no major issues, but it would have been better if they susbscription options were easier to find. All in all, an almost good experience!

This is always a very good experience This is always a very good experience. I love the shampoo and conditioner. My hair always looks great after I use Formula (if I do say so myself =-). I would strongly recommend the shampoo and conditioner. I haven't tried the other products.

Great customer service and products. Great customer service and products. One of the items we ordered was out of stock, but Fred (owner?) emailed and told us he had a box in his office. He was out of town, but shipped the item 2 day air when he returned, and provided email updates. Will definitely be ordering from them again.
