The navigation is intutively easy and functional. I'd say the pages provide just enough relevant information cumfortably. All in all, the site is an almost-good place to look up things. Will buy more! I ordered the shampoo/conditioner/leave-in cream sample set. I can honestly say that the feel and smell of it alone is enough to keep me coming back! But how it makes my hair feel… other shampoos can’t do for me what this has done! So soft and smooth- even in Florida humidity.

I bought the whole thing for my… I bought the whole thing for my granddaughter for her mother to use in her hair. It is horrible. The gel left her hair sticky and so dry....literally had to rewash her hair yesterday. I have never felt her hair so dry in her entire life....Ugh....

The products were mostly good with some minor issues here and there. The buying process was almost smooth and customer service was pretry responsive. However, the delivery part could have been better. The delivery partner could have been more reliable and improved their delivery knowledge to avoid confusions. All-in-all, it was an alomst satisfactory experience with this company.

Overall Overall, I had an ordinary experience with manyethnicties.com. I found the website a bit slow to naviagate, which was a slight hassle. The website design wasn't quite up to scratch either. It wasn't terrible, but could have been better. Prices are rasonable, but I felt there coulda sbeen more done in terms of discounts and bonus offers. Unfortunetly, coustomer service didn't deliver to expectactions either. Other than that, there was no much else to comment on. I'm not sure I would use the website again in the future.
