I explained it was not working and sent them a video at their request, I have my rights to a full refund if faulty. This company is appalling they are sending out used products that don't work...please no one purchase from them I am now taking legal action and getting them looked into by trading standards. Need stopped quickly.

I can dry my hair and style it in less than half the time it used to take me. It's also compact, making it perfect for travel. A must-have for any woman.

I’m upset I’m upset! I waited a long time for this, and it arrived in a box with just 5 in 1 on it, not Curly Twist. Worse, the loose pamphlet on top of the box says it’s the Magic Twist. I paid over $100 and feel scammed. I’m afraid to use it. Don’t know if it will spark or catch fire. I’m complaining to Facebook and my bank. Product received is not what I ordered.
