Language barrier as they spoke polish and very little English! Because they were polish apart from one person they didn’t understand how I wanted my cut but coloured it ok. I stopped going because they kept getting too much colour on my top and my top always got soaked and my last cut it was far too short. The salon was friendly but the language barrier was awful!!
