Excellent customer service I recently had trouble receiving my hair shark back comb brush. After speaking with the customer service they were very quick to respond and get a new one sent out to me very quickly in time for Christmas. Excellent customer service from someone called Ryan.

Amazing product!! My hair typically lies quite flat to my head, but the Hairshark brush has completely changed that. I can now backcomb the layers without it looking matted. I also LOVE the way the smoothing side brushes out curls - deffo won’t be going back to my usual brush. X

I had a fairly ordinay experience with… I had a fairly ordinay experience with hairshark. They were alimost good but not the best. Nothing out of the ordinary. The product I ordered was OK, nothing special. I did't have any major issues but could've had better service. I had to reach out a few times to get support and it wasn't always helpfull. There were some hickups in the process, nothing major. That being said, they weren't the worst but could have been better. Averall, I'd say it was a fairly ok expecience.

Not sure it is going to work I have just bought the Hairshark not sure it is going to work as they say, I have not really tried it I have watched the video on line all they seem to do is backcomb the hair smooth over, and really I can do just the same with a normal brush. I will try it but I think it could have been a really bad buy for me £19.99 down the drain. Since sending the above review I have tried the Hairshark Brush and I myself find just doing a little back combing and smoothing it over with a comb, works better for me. I still give it 3 stars

So impressed with this brush! So impressed with this brush!! I’m useless at styling my hair but it’s got the point where I’m now using this brush everyday whether it’s to back comb for volume or to us the other side to make my hair more of a wave than a curl. Would absolutely recommend to anybody & have even stocked it in my salon. X
