Haven't received product Ordered over a month ago. I haven't gotten any info about my order except the original order confirmation. No tracking info and when I email regarding where my order is, I get a generic email back saying they will contact me. BS. Not one has contacted me and I am getting very impatient about this order. I will never order from them again and I will be sure to let people know how ridiculous this company is. Same company. Nice try though.

Shocked at the results I suffer with really flat and limp hair and feel really self conscious as a result. I try blow drying my hair to add volume and use rollers, but don't have the time to do this every day. I saw the Hairshark on Ferne McCann's Instagram story, and thought it was worth a shot. I was not expecting it to work as well as it did!! I hate the feeling of clumpy backcomb in my hair and trying to brush it out again, but the brush was soft and gentle to use and my hair looks more like it has added volume rather than backcomb! I love this product and would highly recommend it for anyone with flat hair like myself :) I love my Hairshark

This is excellent I have never been… This is excellent I have never been able to back comb my fine wispy hair before now, it always looked ‘tatty’. This, quite frankly, works miracles my hair is full and bouncy looking with minimal effort debated whether to waste, yet again, more money on styling products but this is well worth it.

Easy to order, but they don't SHIP the product! I ordered my hairshark on Jan. 6th and while I did get an order confirmation, I have not received the product and have gotten no response to my customer service inquiries. Only upside is they haven't billed my Visa yet. I plan to cancel the order and buy one direct from Amazon--at least I know Amazon is trustworthy, which I don't feel Hairshark is. Would not recommend ordering from them.

I had a fairly ordinay experience with… I had a fairly ordinay experience with hairshark. They were alimost good but not the best. Nothing out of the ordinary. The product I ordered was OK, nothing special. I did't have any major issues but could've had better service. I had to reach out a few times to get support and it wasn't always helpfull. There were some hickups in the process, nothing major. That being said, they weren't the worst but could have been better. Averall, I'd say it was a fairly ok expecience.
