USLeadingLocal Changed Our Business Before using LeadingLocal we were just another small business struggling with staffing issues up front. Trying to ballance life between the front desk and actually getting customer cars fixed in the back. Now I have one main guy upfront, and if we miss call, or text. LeadingLocal will follow up with the customer while we finish up with the customer at our desk. LeadingLocal has essentially replaced two people, and has given us better follow up and customer service with our customers.
