HORRIBLE, UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE! David Allen Capital was referred to me for credit card processing. I left several messages for a week before the owner (David Allen) contacted me. I told him it's unacceptable for a potential customer to have to make several attempts to get you to call her back. He responded by stating he was "busy." So, I told him if he's so busy, why advertise for new business??? If they treat POTENTIAL customers poorly, just think about how they treat their ACTUAL customers?!?!?!?!?
