The account didn’t have a real card… The account didn’t have a real card just a prepaid one so the PayPal didn’t let me send and receive money.

i ordered paypal account and asked for… i ordered paypal account and asked for assistance but he never responded over 4weeks.i paid over 70$. i previously ordered 2 items from his store and he delivered.so he his legit but poor with customer service. Admin try to improve on that.
