I purchased a Go2bank account for $12… I purchased a Go2bank account for $12 on feb 2 to test out if they were legtimate and authentic before i would decide on purchasing more products and services from them in the future, thankfully they did deliver quickly and efficiently and i think the service is legitimate and actually have reasonably good prices, however the login info i received to the Go2bank account was incorrect and i was told it was due to requiring usage of a VPN, i did that, still didnt work,asked a trusted friend who is USA based to try to login to make sure it wasnt just a vpn/ip issue, they got same message " incorrect email address/password. please re-enter your information". im assuming the password might be case sensitive or i was given wrong login info by mistake, giving them the benefit of the doubt because they did fulfil the order quickly and i believe the account info i received is authentic,just need to reset the password or fix minor login issue for me to be able to access it. I notified them about it, requested maybe a change of password is required for me to be able to access the account or maybe consider giving me another one that i would be able to use, got no response, I am willing to updat this review if i receive i replacement or refund. but if youre looking up reviews on this site to make sure they arent scammers ( which is more common than not with websites offering services of this nature), i will say from my experience (even though it wasnt the best) they seem to be one of the few that seem legitimate and reasonably priced,but might have minor issues with customer care. thank you for reading.

Resolve issue fixed after 2 days There was a little issue with my account purchased from them. They finally solved it but I have been waiting 2 days for solving this account problem. I think they should reply and get it done immediately.
