Definitely Scammer!! I bought a vcc for Indonesia paypal, but he can't understand difference between usa and Indonesia account. He is a scammer. He told me if vcc didn't work, he will refund my money but he doesn't answer me at all. I wondered how he sell vcc without knowledge! Don't buy anything from this website.
