BAD QUALITY, COMMUNICATION, AND TRUSTABILITY BAD QUALITY, COMMUNICATION, AND TRUSTABILITY New customers, PLEASE READ: I am a starter wedding photographer, and I had an AWFUL experience with Adler Social. QUALITY: They advertise themselves as professionals who can post and design beautiful graphics and content. However, when I received the graphic designs, I thought it was created by a High School student who barely knew how to use Photoshop. I'd instead use Canva than asking them to create anything. Second, the posting. In the first few weeks, things are going as planned, but then, the words and depth of the posting become less and less. For example: "We believe the images we took will exceed your expectations. Contact us today!" I mean... really? That is not the quality they promised. COMMUNICATION: Adler Social responds quickly until you have put your credit card to their system. They even made a mistake about calling time because I live in California, and they are based in FL. I set up a 2:00 pm call because it's 5:00 pm in FL; however, they called me at 11:00 am which was their 2:00 pm. Then there is rarely any communication at all afterward. They will not inform you what they do under the package you choose after the first month only if you knew what you could ask them to do. For example, they said they could design 4 custom campaigns, but they never mention about it later on. When talking about billing, that's where the trustability breaks up. TRUSTABILITY: Not trustable is the only common I wanted to give. As a wedding photographer, my business was strongly impacted by the Stay Home Order. So I requested just to pause my service until the lockdown ends. I called them, and they agreed. It was on March 15th. However, I found out that Adler Social is still charging me every month in May. During this period, there were no work nor communication done. I immediately called them about this, but it took them 5 business days to reach the manager. She said she'd need to contact the billing team, it took another three days for them to reach the billing team and they only offered a "partial refund" $150 for the two months they charged me by mistake. I received a service cancellation email the same day. But this is not over! Today(6/2/20), I just found out that they are STILL charging me $300. I have received a formal cancellation email from them clearly stating:" There will be no future billing to your credit card." But they still charged me, for nothing? This is absolutely a no-no for any business to make such an improper mistake. But I understand why because they are unprofessional. How can an unprofessional business manage the client's business professionally? I'd like to use what others comment on Adler social to end this review: "An unethical company that preys on small businesses just to sign them up and charge monthly fees for doing nothing- Beware..." Potential customers, please THINK 10 TIMES before committing your money on Adler Social. I am paying my hard-earned money to pay for my mistakes choosing Adler Social, but you don't have to. If you've made this far, thank you for your time and now move on to something more important in your life! A REAL customer review.

Stay Away from this company- First they… Stay Away from this company- First they double billed us for $1,000 after charging us for nothing for 4 months. We were supposed to have an initial consultation to discuss the marketing plan- which never occurred, yet they still went ahead and charged us $500 monthly, taking it upon themselves to post useless and irrelevant content without our knowledge to try to justify billing us $500 monthly. They are a complete rip off of a company and would not recommend using them. There are a lot of other good companies that don't have to resort to tricky ways of doing business. An unethical company that preys on small businesses just to sign them up and charge monthly fees for doing nothing- Beware.. there are other reviews saying the same thing about them.. so if others are experiencing the same thing, then chances are you will too. Good reviews could be from their own staff and other fake reviews they put up for them selves. Also - The people working there have terrible attitudes and just seem to have their college degrees in manipulation and justification.
