Don’t use this company ! Understandable when people get sick and unforeseen events take place but what is not acceptable is calling yourself the number one lyric video makers and not deliver people’s content I haven’t heard anything since August 2022 it’s April 2023 and the video was paid for about a month or two prior to that ! I would not recommend this unprofessional company find someone more reliable on Fiverr

The company has not delivered what it promised The company presents itself as a trusted lyric video production company among the major artists and labels with over 7 years in the music industry. It is written on their website that an average lyric video will take around 1-2 weeks to complete, and they will send drafts while the designing process is on. We (a band of musicians) placed our order at the end of August this year and paid half upfront. Almost 4 months later, we still haven't gotten the lyric video from them. We would understand if sometimes a video takes more time, but they went very quiet after we paid the half. And that is alarming for us. We have written countless emails asking about the progress, but they have ignored most of our emails. They are also not picking up the phone. They have only responded to some of our emails and given various reasons why they haven't completed our video: 2-week COVID lockdown, files got lost, and the project was on hold for some unknown reason. The best we've gotten is a couple of screenshots from the progress. Their attitude and the fact that they are not open with us, not replying to our emails/phone calls, and not delivering the video in 1-2 weeks as promised on their website, make us think that we got scammed.
