It's a scam It's a scam. They take money and don't add applications. It dragged on for a month and then stopped writing back.

Fantastic support and service to get app listed. This is a genuine review and the app that Publy helped us submit to the App Store is about to go live (after they helped us get through a very difficult review process due to some very particular and unusual requirements for our app). App is already live in Play Store (search for WheelEasy app). The support has been outstanding. Luciana, in particular, has been incredibly helpful at every single step of the way.
