SWINDLED BY YOUTUBE TV Signed up for a YouTube TV one month free promo through my cable provider, Verizon Fios. Then paid for it for another month before I got tired of how glitchy the service was and the poor and rude customer service. Plus, relatives had most of the channels so I could watch them on separate apps. When I went to cancel I saw an option for “PAUSE” instead. I foolishly pressed it, thinking what’s the harm? Lo and behold, a couple of months go by and noticed my Verizon bill is overinflated. Called them and they said it was Youtube TV and when I told them I paused they said to tell Youtube TV as it was their service. When I emailed Youtube TV (you can only email them no phone) they said it’s not their jurisdiction and to call Verizon as they were the one in charge of the bills haha. What followed was dozens of emails and calls between the 2 companies where each passed the buck to the other. Both are equally to blame but that absolves neither. You expect this incompetence/borderline crookedness from a cable company but was mildly surprised from YouTube/google, which I should’nt have been considering all the propaganda and BS they propagate on their channels, all for money. Not surprised any more, cancelled my YouTube premium/red which I’ve had for years and using their bestbuy 3 mos promo on diffeerent accounts (can use same cc) since then 😁to make up for the money, time and energy swindled from me 👌😎 NEVER TRUST YOUTUBE

YouTube has the worst garbage YouTube has the worst garbage and is a waste land of junk videos their are so many weirdos morons freaks lunatics sickos and perverts that post all kinds of crap. Second YouTube is a bunch of leftist jerks and will never remove any thing that the liberals support no matter how violent or abuse they are on the comments or videos .

poor customer I came in asking questions, and was immediately greeted was kann service answer every single question I needed answered went above and beyond far beyond the means of the websites prerogative I would give this site 12 Stars if I could
