Tax responsibility not factored into profits Not a scam but just keep in mind they don’t include your tax responsibilities when presenting potential profits. Shopify reports all sales to the IRS. You’ll be responsible for sales tax on all sales and federal taxes on all profits. Once factored in, the profits are very minimal, if any. Company is legit and their people are very professional, just not worth it when everything is factored in.

While I am not far from breaking even, I am not overly concerned with that because I am happy that the business is functioning well.
