NO filter for resident owned great website but there is no way to filter it so we find a mobile home park that you can own the land or a co op. we have to call each park to find out . is there a way to find those?

WORST PLACE IN AURORA COLORADO TO GO for RENTING AND RVING! I paid months in full and advance and had an 28 foot rv. When I pulled up into the site it was unchecked,filthy and rest of the neighborhood was pretty bad! Their wee cops called their all the time,drugs being dealt and when I complained the OWNER of the place gave me a notice to leave. Thats ok because I found a better place to park that was cheaper! Dont go here EVER I gave them A $200.00 deposit WHICH I never recieved back! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Rent to own scam!!!! They blatantly advertise rent to own on their site. It's a scam to draw people in. They're running a scam with a lease vs rent to own documentation. If you've managed to stay the 5 year term and pay the 3.9% to 5% yearly rent increases and erroneous fees they viciously evict without notice to relist the property to the next sucker. Attorney generals in other states have already penalized these mobile home parks for fraudulent lease practices and forced them to return payments to former tenants. Do not fall for this scam!!! If your a former tenant please file a complaint with your states attorney general and put an end these theives illegal business practices.
