Josh and Danelle are amazing people Josh and Danelle are amazing people, they put their hearts into this program and have impacted thousands of people by guiding them with the digital leasing method. I myself have been in the program for over 2 years and even though it took me 3 months to make my money back I’ve now made 20 times my investment. It wasn’t easy but he’s honest about that upfront it takes time to learn anything new. Overall a great experience for me and my husband.

Happy to not only find a great Happy to not only find a great, legit program but the coaching, mentoring and support is outstanding. I went into another program that was too high tech and cost almost double of this one. Be careful what those other slick sales people tell you. This program actually delivers on the coaching.. You have to put time into it but you can have money coming and and get a ROI in 90 days if you invest the time. I'm in over two years and walked from the 9-5 and make over $23k a month consistently. Many others are well over $50k a month. It's because of the coaching and support and mentorship from Josh. If you are seriously looking for a legit program, this is it!

I don't normally leave reviews I don't normally leave reviews, I came here to try an off set all of the bad ones and tell my own experience. I joined BAM in November of 2022. I had tried other courses about lead generation, made a little bit of money but was always struggling to really scale. The biggest difference getting into BAM was the group coaching and community. Being able to hop on a zoom call and ask Josh directly for advice on what I was doing really helped. I scaled my agency to about $6,000/mo in a few months, which was more than I had ever thought possible (not everyone has dreams of being a millionaire haha). I'm not sure why there is so much negative stuff in the other reviews below. I guess its fair that some people might get in and find out it's not for them, but anyone I've ever met that actually put in the effort in BAM at least made their investment back, if not a lot more.

Don't give these people any of your… Don't give these people any of your time and Money. They are scam artists. They promise you what you will receive over the phone and wont give you access to the information that you requested to begin with. This guy only cares about selling you a course, and I think he is an ex-con. When you get the course all the important information is an upsell. They trained Ashley baker to not disclose anything up front to you. The WordPress training is an additional $500 fee. Do not trust anything Ashley Baker tells you over the phone.

Okay I will say it like this Okay I will say it like this. DON'T DO IT! The few making any money are those who paid well over the annitial investment of 5K PERIOD! They do not disclose up front that any training over the basic is going to cost you THOUSANDS more! I saw people post to the group that they were out of money but jacked up credit cards just to get more training and be included in the clique inner circle. These are the folks that get elevated and treated like royality. Very high school. I've also noticed I'm getting inundated with emails and text messages from new BAM recruits that BAM is moving and letting me know I can move all of my material over to the new platform. Something is not adding up with this. I have requested via text and email to be removed and explained why but still getting emails. They must be desperate for business. OR they've been sued. 2+2=4 Something is not adding up! Don't do it!
