GBI got a painful itchy scalp and night sweats - no money back Since I started using their product my scalp started to hurt and itch. It’s so incredibly dry and painful and I could not stop itching it. And then I got night sweats. I kept trying to finish the bottle to see if things would change and nothing improved. I stopped taking them and my symptoms went away. I contacted their customer service department and they basically said we’re sorry, too bad, but you don’t get your money back. I will not be recommending their brand to anyone.

GBVery unhappy with them Very unhappy with them. Ordered a very expensive hair serum and used 2 times. I hated it. It make you hair look dirty and with a very coarse texture. You will need to wash every day, which I don’t and don’t plan to start. They don’t take returns. Offered me 50% of another magical solution which I declined. I guess I am out of $195 but want to advise others. DO NOT ORDER!

GBThe lack of support and general care… The lack of support and general care that is offered is minimal. I have reached out multiple times… I have reached out. Not one time has anyone reached out to me to check in, to see how I was doing, to see how the medication was working for me. When I reported the medication wasn’t working for me, I had to ask multiple times before I finally received a response. Apparently the medications offered interact with my sleeping medication but wasn’t offered a suggestion for an alternative sleeping medication, just to refer back to my doctor. My doctor refers me to a nutrition class rather than weight loss medication, so I’m in a loop. And during this time my subscription renews and I’m stuck with more medication that isn’t working for me and again NO SUPPORT

GBWish I could put 0 stars Wish I could put 0 stars. I canceled my subscription after 10 mins due to a recommendation from my doctor to try another birth control before trying hair loss treatment. They said the medicine was already “being prepared” (hadn’t shipped or anything) therefore I could not get any of the $150 dollars back. Such a scam. Taking advantage of vulnerable women. Stop giving them money. Hope ppl see this company for what it really is.

GBMaking mental help quicker and more accessible The whole process was quick and easy. So much better than waiting 3 months for meds when you see a psychologist in person. The Dr. Was very friendly and seemed to genuinely care. I wish this type of mental health help was around years ago. It makes getting help faster and more accessible.
