GBAPPALLING APPALLING! Fancy website with hard sell videos - then as a seller you spend time listing your first product, only for it to be rejected with a whole ream of unworkable and utterly unrealistic demands, completely false statements assuming you have bogus testimonials and they demand that you scrap all your revenue streams so they are the ONLY point of making a transaction!!! LUDICROUS! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGE.

GBJVZoo I had a problem with ProfileMate on JVZoo - they acted swiftly and resolved my issue. Many times it's not what a business does when things go right, it's what they do when things go wrong. JVZoo have a brilliant customer service and I'm really impressed with the fast way they solved my issue!

CNI bought Funnelz last month and asked… I bought Funnelz last month and asked for refund, but got little responce. One time the boss of Mintware told me that due to structual reason, the refund would delay. It's been 3 weeks after I requested refund, and now totally no responce. It replied me today that it initiated the refund. I still havn't received it. After I got the refund I will revise my review. 2 days ago I bought AIWA, and I couldn't find the bonuses promised, I sent support tickets, got no responce. I just got reply from JVZOO that it intervened and had the vendor to arrange refund on March 18. After I get the refun I will sincerely thank JVZoo and may buy other softwares from JVzoo marketplace.

GRGood support but Sellers dont honor refund policies musr banned I have reported several times sellers that violate sales policies like 30 Days Return etc but not answer. I really appriciate that CEO review my issue and resolved as you mention "We have reviewed your transaction and while we do not normally process refunds". But It's not first time that a seller not honor the refund policy. ZVZoo shoud be apply more strict policies to sellers and close their account if you have reported policy violations. Really apreciate the support here.

GBReading through some of these reviews Reading through some of these reviews, it's clear people just jump online to bash a company without even making sure they are reviewing the correct company. I've purchased from JVZoo several times and while not every product is the quality I would like, I have the ability to contact the seller with the information provided on the receipt and in JVZoo's customer portal and get a refund. If there is ever an issue, I have contacted JVZoo who assisted me in getting in touch with the seller and once, gaining a refund. JVZoo's support is always friendly and responds quickly
