Not many businesses of this size where you can speak directly with the owner and actually see changes in the service from what you've discussed with them. IDI bought at least 5 saas digital⦠I bought at least 5 saas digital products whitelabel that is grabbed from jvzoo but all of service is stop under 2 years, I bought it from adhitya tri arifianto as an whitelabel seller. Be aware of every product they offer. they sucks. They usually not using live chat or support mail on their salespage, even it available support mail, your mail will be vain, because usually their supports never responds you.

GRGood support but Sellers dont honor refund policies musr banned I have reported several times sellers that violate sales policies like 30 Days Return etc but not answer. I really appriciate that CEO review my issue and resolved as you mention "We have reviewed your transaction and while we do not normally process refunds". But It's not first time that a seller not honor the refund policy. ZVZoo shoud be apply more strict policies to sellers and close their account if you have reported policy violations. Really apreciate the support here.
