This is a crooked company that sells… This is a crooked company that sells things that don’t work and they don’t refund back money. This company should be closed down by the FBI for interstate theft everything they do is crooked, I cannot believe they still exist for years cheating so many people, and still surviving.

I trust JVZoo with my business because… I trust JVZoo with my business because the owners are always available if I need them. Not many businesses of this size where you can speak directly with the owner and actually see changes in the service from what you've discussed with them. They don't just care about their users but try to protect the entire industry

End of december i had a automated… End of december i had a automated payment. Try to contact JVZoo, no succes Forgot about the payment and recieved the next automated payment in january, again i tried to contact jvzoo by email/ ticket (which is very hard btw) No response, and again i forgot about it. now February again an automated payment, and i still have no idea wherefore, tried to contact Jvzoo no succes, and contacted paypal to block there withdrawls. very frustrating that i can not have a normal conversation / email. Good support but Sellers dont honor refund policies musr banned I have reported several times sellers that violate sales policies like 30 Days Return etc but not answer. I really appriciate that CEO review my issue and resolved as you mention "We have reviewed your transaction and while we do not normally process refunds". But It's not first time that a seller not honor the refund policy. ZVZoo shoud be apply more strict policies to sellers and close their account if you have reported policy violations. Really apreciate the support here.

APPALLING APPALLING! Fancy website with hard sell videos - then as a seller you spend time listing your first product, only for it to be rejected with a whole ream of unworkable and utterly unrealistic demands, completely false statements assuming you have bogus testimonials and they demand that you scrap all your revenue streams so they are the ONLY point of making a transaction!!! LUDICROUS! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGE.
