I've purchased from JVZoo several times and while not every product is the quality I would like, I have the ability to contact the seller with the information provided on the receipt and in JVZoo's customer portal and get a refund. If there is ever an issue, I have contacted JVZoo who assisted me in getting in touch with the seller and once, gaining a refund. JVZoo's support is always friendly and responds quickly

Pros & Cons Pros: My 7 purchases through JV.Zoo affiliates has earned 4 stars because my refund requests when necessary, are facilitated without a resistance. The products are keepers because they are useful and the developers stay in business. Cons: JV Zoo does not get directly involved with helping facilitate a refund for your purchase. Occasionally the affiliate you purchase the product through will take weeks to give you the bonuses for purchasing through their link or may not deliver at all.

They are always rolling out new features, the team is extremely supportive and we've never had an issue running deals and launch campaigns though their network. PLUS it's easy for our products to get discovered by affiliates, giving us an extra boost. Support is a team, their system is built to make sure customers are well taken care of. All in all, one of the best out there.
