GBAPPALLING APPALLING! Fancy website with hard sell videos - then as a seller you spend time listing your first product, only for it to be rejected with a whole ream of unworkable and utterly unrealistic demands, completely false statements assuming you have bogus testimonials and they demand that you scrap all your revenue streams so they are the ONLY point of making a transaction!!! LUDICROUS! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGE.

GBPros & Cons Pros: My 7 purchases through JV.Zoo affiliates has earned 4 stars because my refund requests when necessary, are facilitated without a resistance. The products are keepers because they are useful and the developers stay in business. Cons: JV Zoo does not get directly involved with helping facilitate a refund for your purchase. Occasionally the affiliate you purchase the product through will take weeks to give you the bonuses for purchasing through their link or may not deliver at all.

NLEnd of december i had a automated… End of december i had a automated payment. Try to contact JVZoo, no succes Forgot about the payment and recieved the next automated payment in january, again i tried to contact jvzoo by email/ ticket (which is very hard btw) No response, and again i forgot about it. now February again an automated payment, and i still have no idea wherefore, tried to contact Jvzoo no succes, and contacted paypal to block there withdrawls. very frustrating that i can not have a normal conversation / email. CNI bought Funnelz last month and asked… I bought Funnelz last month and asked for refund, but got little responce. One time the boss of Mintware told me that due to structual reason, the refund would delay. It's been 3 weeks after I requested refund, and now totally no responce. It replied me today that it initiated the refund. I still havn't received it. After I got the refund I will revise my review. 2 days ago I bought AIWA, and I couldn't find the bonuses promised, I sent support tickets, got no responce. I just got reply from JVZOO that it intervened and had the vendor to arrange refund on March 18. After I get the refun I will sincerely thank JVZoo and may buy other softwares from JVzoo marketplace.

GBJVzoo identified and resolved my… JVzoo identified and resolved my mistake when I made an error in my email. I really appreciate their quick response and service. Now I understand why JVzoo is a great platform to manage digital transactions of digital products...great and timely customer service! I've been using their service during the past decade and they continue to improve what is already a great platform.
