Try to contact JVZoo, no succes Forgot about the payment and recieved the next automated payment in january, again i tried to contact jvzoo by email/ ticket (which is very hard btw) No response, and again i forgot about it. now February again an automated payment, and i still have no idea wherefore, tried to contact Jvzoo no succes, and contacted paypal to block there withdrawls. very frustrating that i can not have a normal conversation / email. I've purchased from JVZoo several times and while not every product is the quality I would like, I have the ability to contact the seller with the information provided on the receipt and in JVZoo's customer portal and get a refund. If there is ever an issue, I have contacted JVZoo who assisted me in getting in touch with the seller and once, gaining a refund. JVZoo's support is always friendly and responds quickly
