Good support but Sellers dont honor refund policies musr banned I have reported several times sellers that violate sales policies like 30 Days Return etc but not answer. I really appriciate that CEO review my issue and resolved as you mention "We have reviewed your transaction and while we do not normally process refunds". But It's not first time that a seller not honor the refund policy. ZVZoo shoud be apply more strict policies to sellers and close their account if you have reported policy violations. Be aware of every product they offer. they sucks. They usually not using live chat or support mail on their salespage, even it available support mail, your mail will be vain, because usually their supports never responds you.
