GBSwitched from Litmus after some poor… Switched from Litmus after some poor customer service and aggressive sales calls. We tend to use for only HTML/CSS testing rather than the extended marketing tools but in terms of what we use it for I think it's been excellent so far and actually faster and more reliable than Litmus despite being much better value.

GBFirst impressions of EoA are awesome First impressions of EoA are awesome. What's bugging me now is how difficult it is to find and edit my sending profiles. I guess the real reason I even need to change my EoA workflow is that I want to remove the spellcheck step. Spellcheck in EoA is worthless. Please allow me to manage my own spellcheck dictionary.

CAExcellent service for email developers and designers I have been using Email on Acid for over 5 years now. It’s become and invaluable tool to deliver emails that work well both on the desktop and mobile. Needless to say, the preview screens have saved me a ton of money in hardware.

GBAMUST to check emails compatibility The system is a MUST to check emails in multiple browsers. Their pricing is affordable and the offerings are on par with competitors. Do find that troubleshooting one email does require creating new projects so I wish there was a better way to keep track of a template without new tests over and over.

GBGreat but lets shoot for the stars! When using marketo tracking links, Marketo encodes the url and it becomes a 200 workable link but when reality, it is a broken or internal link masked as an 301 redirect. It would be a great improvement if we can solve this in EOA. Check at least the redirect or 2 hops after a 301 for the link checker. Overall, everything is great other than some minor issues with rendering clients from time to time.
