BUYER BEWARE. BUYER BEWARE. I bought a topper and it was extremely poor quality. I immediately contacted support to start the return process and instead of helping me they ignored me. I have sent over 10 emails and they never respond or start the return process. Soon it will be past 30 days and I’ll be ineligible for a refund. I have had to escalate this with Paypal to try get my $260 back. Terrible terrible company. I am never buying from here again and you shouldn’t either.
