Customer service strait lied to me multiple times, and orders never shipped. Not sure if this is a scam because I placed two orders and wrote to customer service that they were urgent for a wedding trial. But neither of them ever shipped out, but I got lies saying my order was “stuck at the airport” (wasn’t even shipped yet). That order was sitting with them for 6 days. I told them I needed a new shade, so I would be returning the order upon my receipt. They cancelled the order, proving it was never shipped! Then for my second order they gave me a new tracking number and stated it was “shipped” (same thing - wasnt even shipped yet). Not sure why the customer support felt they had to lie to me about the shipping. Again, not sure if its a scam? I never recieved any items and never had a tracking number where the status stated “shipped”.
