THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM !! THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM !!! The owner Anatoliy does not live in USA but he has a corporation under some one else’s name in Miami. His team is in Europe and some in Ukraine They take your money up front either 10K or a very high monthly fee, then they built a cheap store for you that you can built for $800 on Fiverr, they load it with some crappy products, then they charge you $499 a month for maintenance. If you read their contract carefully they actually tell you very clearly that they are not responsible and they do not guarantee any results for you except maintenance. I wish I would have read it more carefully and not trusted them. They have trained their sales people and account manages so well that anytime you try to get out, they keep convincing you they’re very close to finding that winning product which they never do. The products are shipped from china so it takes 3-4 weeks for clients to get their product and they are not happy. The process is not automated and you still are involved in the business. The money you make from the sales is a fraction of the money you spent on paying for the store and the monthly fee. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE TO GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!! VERY GOOD SCAM !!!

Ecommerce was new to me, so I have a loooot of problems with sales, ads, and even the website's product pages. Anatoliy's team creates a great impression on the call, and all the onboarding becomes very smooth. We had hard times at the beginning, when we searched for products and creatives, but thanks to God, we found a good combination that helped the store grow. It is really great to have a team you can trust because they are very responsive and try to resolve any issue as soon as possible. I was hesitant to work with any ecommerce agency I was hesitant to work with any ecommerce agency, but GSM has been fantastic! As someone who was new to eCommerce, I had a lot of questions and concerns, but Anatoliy and his team were always there to answer them. While we haven't found the winner yet, I'm confident that we will soon. At least I know a lot about digital marketing, ads and business automation.
