Too long, didn't work, gone silent We engaged in this service and were asked to pay upfront; the service took months to get to a written first draft with much back and forth around what Wikipedia would approve or not. Finally, we go with their approved version, only for their version to be forced out by Wikipedia and our edits never be listed.
