USI give two stars because customer… I give two stars because customer service was good from the beginning. I've ordered three bundles of the kinky straight Brazilian hair it wasn't a good quality it smells awful , and it wasn't kinky it was a silky hair , so I returned it they received the hair. Now I'm trying to see reach them no one answered me . I'm so mad I need my money back I worked hard for my money. Stay away from them

USService was good Service was good. However I thought I was getting a complete wig. What I purchased was weave hair. I’m very disappointed but the hair is good quality. Just need to read carefully and make sure you order what you want.
