Does what it say. EDIT: I WAS ABLE TO GET MY 1M BACKLINKS! At first I thought I was scammed, their delivery took about 5 days and for just $3 the links are pretty satisfactory. They were able to get a .txt report of the backlinks however most of the sites have high spam scores. In terms of its long-term impact on your website, I would advise against using this website. However, you get what you pay for at $3.
