When you go to a salon that promotes the solution to hair loss and spend almost $2000 to look good you get a little disappointed when the Hair that they provide you with looks like a toupee. Granted, they have been very genuine scheduling the appointment after appointment to fix it but I shouldn’t have to go through this. I’m now on my third week of not being able to go out in public because my hair looks worse than if I did nothing to it. The other complaint in the Torrance office is that the office is so freaking hot there’s no air-conditioning in there and a bunch of women sitting in there and it’s very tiny room which makes the room extremely hot. It’s uncomfortable.

I used HairDreams for a recent project… I used HairDreams for a recent project and the expirience was pretty avergae. Nothing special, nothing negative - just ok. No complaints there. I liked that they offererd good prices and a wide range of choises. When it came to customer service, it was so-so - nothing bad but also nothing wow. All in all, an ok experince but not one I would always remember.
