They don't refund you without you fighting for every penny so be smart. They will not provide the websites or brand without the intervention of a complaint with your Bank. Keep receipts and emails as proof. Be smart with your money avoid and use a reputable company than this company.

I was looking for a logo for a repair… I was looking for a logo for a repair company. Something VERY basic to put on a business card. He was quick, efficient, and stayed on top of getting it done. Very streamlined process. A local designer wouldn't touch this for under $200.00 and disagreed with what I wanted. I really did not need anything fancy or specific, just SOMETHING. Don't do it!! Don't do it!!! This company makes a lot pf promises and deliver very little results. They started building my website in April 2020. I received ownership in mid August 2020. The website still had my products listed 2 times, my contact information isn't correct and a litany of other issues. I didn't receive instruction on how to navigate the site. My experience with this company has been a nightmare. Don't do it!!!
