I wish I could give zero stars This is the most accurate as it gets! Poor customer service, falsified everything on the resume that would leave me with no credibility. They claim things like unlimited revisions which is completely false. They’ll wait until they get your money and delay your work until two months . In addition to that they make their employees leave reviews which they’ll ask you to read to think they’re good at what they do! Don’t fall for it! It’s better that you write your own resume than come to resume pros online. I have had the worst experience here!

Please listen to the poor reviews! Please listen to the poor reviews! I wish I had. This is an overseas set up, and communication is very difficult due to language barriers. They will promise you the world and have poor delivery with some language in the resume and cover letter that would raise red flags. There are also basic grammar and formatting errors that should not happen when paying for this service. They get mean when you voice your concerns. Don't use. I suspect many of the positive reviews are fake.
