Not native english speakers, basic grammatical mistakes, copy and paste job description I don't know who wrote these reviews, but Resume Pros Online was a terrible waste of money. They are clearly located overseas. There were basic grammar and mechanical mistakes. They also clearly just copy and pasted the job description and parts of my old resume into a template. Terrible job. Also, they kept promising a draft, "in 24 hours," or "at the end of the day," but I wouldn't hear anything from them until several days later after harassing them via email, call, chat support on their website, etc. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

James Scott answered all the questions I had and kept me updated with the progress of my résumé. I was very impressed with the transformation of my existing résumé to what he created and in under two days. I would definitely recommend Résumé Pro Online service to anyone in need of a résumé service.

Terrible resume service Misspelled words. Run on sentences. Education section starting at the bottom of 1st page then continues on the second. No bullet points under job descriptions, so you can’t tell when one ends and the next begins. Very poor communication. Taking hours/days to return calls even when paying extra to have it expedited. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Stay away from Trying to work with William and Jennifer has been difficult at best. The resume needs a rewrite and have requested a phone meeting with them and they flat refuse, forgetting who paid for their service. I can not and will not recommend them. One star is to good for them
