Always prompt to answering questions and constant communication through the work of the novel. Looking forward to the final product with which I've been waiting for years. They did not release funds… They did not release my Romance book before Christmas. They also misprinted after editing and re-edited some of it where a few sentences make nonsense. Poor editing! They also originally lost my script. Also good luck on getting paid! I have not been able to get paid and as they say you have to wait to get paid. But I have no help with the Amazon account they started for me. Also no press unless you want to pay $10k. Also trying to get sales figures they won’t respond. Worst unethical people who don’t respond. Amateurs! AVOID them! I haven’t been paid for my sales yet! It’s really low! Edit:4/24/24 they have listened to my issues after making complaints and realized they sent me to the wrong site to get access to my funds and sales reports. They really could have solved it earlier but it’s settled finally. They have asked for me to correct the review so I am agreeing. Melissa was the lady I dealt with with accounts and David was the editor. Still could have been a better experience.
