I recently came across the website… I recently came across the website bellafigura.us, but wasn't overly impressed. Although almaost good, it didn't quite meet my expectations. Navigating through the page felt clunky and unwieldy. The images could have been displayed in better quality. The font sizes were also small, making it difficult to read. Even thought the content on the page was engaging it seemed outdated and like it hadn't been updated in a while. Overall it was an ordinary experience which could have been improved by a few simpe tweaks here and there.

My dealings with their customer service were nothing special; the attendents were mediocore and not particularly informative. The checkout process was also avegage; payment process was quick and easy. I had no major problems with the website, but the overall process was not outstanding either. I'd say it was andesignedly avergetic. I wouldn't go out of my way to recomend them, but it was functional enoughly.
