Customer service is ok too and their website is fairly easy to navigate which is nice. I would like some more transparency regarding payments (as to when they are going to charge me) but I think that I've figured that out myself. Overall, I would recommend.

Next I was getting a refund, except that it wasn't a refund since it is impossible to withdraw. I was looking if there is any other website I want to receive a link from, but all the websites are fake PBN's with fake DA which would only damage my site. I hate it when a company doesn't want to give back your money when they can't deliver. Very dishonest.

How can a business website goes down for 2 days and still no response from team. We have purchased 100+ of links spending 1000 of $ and now we are screwed up.

Very Deceptive Company Very deceptive company. Claiming that websites with a DA of only 4 or 5 as 50 or 60! What, do they think we wont check? Very few quality websites. Many look to be made by the same person/company with horrible English written articles. Even my dog was shocked by the quality of content on these sites. They even have the audacity to say that a website with a .uk extension is an American company. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. A link from them will probably actually hurt your SEO efforts. Im so glad I didnt put any money in my account, because you can NEVER get it back.
