USUnresponsive Support and Lack of Invoices for Paid Service I have attempted to contact support regarding the service I paid for, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. Despite reaching out several times this year, I have not received any reply from Dustin or anyone else on the support team. The last message I received was from Dustin a year ago and since then, I have not received any invoices for the service. Furthermore, it appears that the service is no longer available. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and support from the company.
