GBPlease accept my apologies Mr, Mibes. Good afternoon to you Mr, Mibes. Looks like I owe you and your company GET MUSIC PLAYS an apology. Apparently the transactions I thought was coming from PayPal did not go through. The money I sent in for $264.70 through PayPal credit. Was applied to my balance on my account. So even though I went through the steps to order promotions from your company and got actual receipts. The hick up was through PayPal. This has never happened before. I have a $3,500.00 line of credit with PayPal. I will amend my complaint against your company. In closing I pray I didn't cause any harm to your company reputation. It was not my intention to do that. From my perspective at the time it appeared to me that your company was in error. It wasn't. As I back track it still puzzles me how I went through all of the steps on your platform place orders. Get receipts generated from your companies platform. GBFirst they were paid for a Youtube… First they were paid for a Youtube promotion and gave more than 600 likes and around 100 views, which suggests they are bots. When contacted to correct this issue, they did not reply at first and did not take action. When asked again, they hired several people to attack the artist's Facebook and Instagram pages, sending rude and offensive comments, all of which were deleted for the safety of the artist and Facebook users. The two other orders (Spotify and Youtube) were not completed accordingly.
