Good, not sure I would use them again they were very helpful on the phone, and stand by their promise of unlimited art revisions. The coin came out close to what I wanted not perfect, and no follow up. Other coin companies have followed up to ensure satisfaction, had they done so I may have been happier

MADE IN CHINA MADE IN CHINA. Their web page claims "If you want military coins, we can furnish coins your unit will carry and display with pride. We have the honor of supplying military coins to every U.S military branch, whether Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, or Coast Guard." BEWARE- these coins are made and shipped from CHINA. If you are not concerned about purchasing a product from a company that gives the perception that they are a small business but really outsources to China the product is good.

Outsourced to China I had no problems with the ordering process or customer service and the coins turned out better than I expected. The only problem I had was although this is an American based company I did not realize the coin production was outsourced to China. It would have been nice to know that before hand.

Poor Customer Service They outsource to China and any problems they say it's the Vendors fault. No it's THEIR fault as they pick the vendor not me and they take no responsibility even when they make promises. Yes, design is great and coin great but now I've paid for mold and to go to a real company will cost me and I don't make MILLIONS like they brag. Will not make another coin with them.
