GBMinting process I would have liked to have seen a test coin prior to the pressing of the all the coins, so I could see what the finished product looked like. The image I received was clear but when I received the finished product some of the details on my coin were very small and hard to make out. Having a proof to look at would have afforded me the opportunity to make some adjustments before the remaining coins were minted.

GBMADE IN CHINA MADE IN CHINA. Their web page claims "If you want military coins, we can furnish coins your unit will carry and display with pride. We have the honor of supplying military coins to every U.S military branch, whether Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, or Coast Guard." BEWARE- these coins are made and shipped from CHINA. If you are not concerned about purchasing a product from a company that gives the perception that they are a small business but really outsources to China the product is good.

CAThe service was very good the coin was … The service was very good the coin was designed well and the art work and proof were very well done. Time limited of 2 years for mold retention is a concern. I would hope for a longer period.

GBPoor Customer Service They outsource to China and any problems they say it's the Vendors fault. No it's THEIR fault as they pick the vendor not me and they take no responsibility even when they make promises. Yes, design is great and coin great but now I've paid for mold and to go to a real company will cost me and I don't make MILLIONS like they brag. Will not make another coin with them.

GBCustomer service was weak Customer service was weak. Easy reorder but my emails weren’t responded to for over 48 hours and I had to call to complete order
