Totally Scam !!!!! Don't USE THIS Ads !!!! Totally Scam !!!!!! We use this Ads for about 5 months. From August to Dec 5 and Our Total Ads Request is 2.86M and total revenue is $770. ( As per their Dashboard). But at payment day, they send email to us that we are violating terms and policies and using also another Ads. They just told us like that and not reply for additional information. Our website didn't break any rules and just only use their Ads. And we also find our traffic via facebook( quality tier). For conclusion , pls don't use this Ads. We gave our times and got nothing. NEVER USE HOOLIGAN MEDIA.

WORST EXPERIENCE In a few days I exceeded the minimum withdrawal limit and to my surprise they disabled the site claiming malware, and the site is clean. I insisted trying to speak with support and they simply ignore the emails. _ Your answer is a lie! My accumulated balance was over $300 in less than 3 days on the platform. Regarding the ticket, you were the one who should get in touch, not me. Since you were the ones who banned my account without notifying me first! And there is no point in trying to remove my comment from here, as I will continue to respond and send proof of the SCAM! - Nothing happens! And the platform has already contacted us asking for proof. If it is removed, I will make another negative comment :)

Withheld $5000+ I've been using their services for almost 2 years. They stopped paying from January 2022. In the months of January, February and March my website generated $5000+ from ads. I was promised that the payment would be released as soon as possible. Two months later they stopped responding to my tickets and gave no updates to what's happening with the payment. I will update the review when the case gets resolved. Update 1: I still didn't get paid. Hooligan Media is not responding to my tickets and disabled my account "due to inactivity for over 90 days". However, I was logging in several times per week to check on the new so this is completely false.
