Their website says that if the product doesn't work they would issue a refund. The support refused to issue a refund. I have reported this to PayPal for a refund.

This is a Chinese scam Bunch of scammers pretending to be white and from California. Yi Nan sun is what you will see come up if you use paypal. They are based in Hong Kong and the program, pvacreator, contains Spyware, just in case you were wondering if you were dealing with chinese people. Paypal dosent want to issue refunds, so beware.

Useless softwares No Refund Rude Support Useless softwares, doesn't work at all and they will never ever give a refund. Rude customer service. Stay away from these Chinese scammers. Update: They sold my email address. I’m afraid they will sell my credit card information as I saw that happen to another victim so now I need to get a new credit card. These people are the WORST. It’s been 2 weeks since I made the awful decision of purchasing something from these scammers. What a fckn nightmare.
