USDo Not Use SocialBee 1/3/2024 Update: The team reached out to me and gave my my refund, which I really appreciated. 12/20/2023 Not intuitive. The content created by the onboarding team and the social media pilot was very generic and showed it didn't really understand our business. Wayyy too much work to repurpose content. In addition, when I asked for my refund, they did not grant it. Instead they asked how they could improve. Complete bush league stuff here.

USI haven't been able to login to my⦠I haven't been able to login to my account for 2 days. Sent an email to the company because I can't send a support ticket (need to be logged in for that). No response. In the meantime my account is autoposting old stuff to my social media accounts and I can't log in and change that because I can't get in to my account.
